Alan Crosby - Executive Chef
Chef Alan Crosby enjoys getting out of the kitchen! He's frequently a feature attraction actually, in his culinary cooking and sampling sessions called "Chef's Magic". These 90 minute sessions enable you to get up close and personal with our Executive Chef as he shares a few of his trade secrets and more importantly, demonstrates how you can use some simple techniques at home that will make your next dish extraordinary!

Dan Tanner - Food & Beverage Manager/Sommelier
Dan Tanner is White Point's Food & Beverage Manager and Sommelier. We are delighted to have his talents on our team, especially when he delivers his "Off the Vine" Wine Tasting Sessions. A popular feature for all of our Culinary Themed Weekends and Group Experiences, "Off the Vine" celebrates the world of wines and well beyond.
