Layered like a perfect rainbow, this colourful creation starts with a sweet splash of Grenadine, followed by a wave of Blue Curaçao, and finishes with a refreshing mix of Barrelling Tide Vodka, Peach Schnapps, and Pineapple Juice. Each layer represents a different note of joy — together, they create a drink that’s both a feast for the eyes and a delight on the palate.

Even better? All proceeds from this cocktail will be donated to Halifax Pride, supporting their incredible work in uplifting and celebrating 2SLGBTQIA+ communities across the province.
