We’re serving up oysters so large they could double as your next big catch, and they’re paired perfectly with a bit of bubbly for an experience that’s pure coastal elegance.

Join us on the Oceanfront lawn from 1-4 pm, where Chef Matt will be donning his apron and shucking these briny beauties right before your eyes. Each oyster is a taste of the sea, served with all the fixings—lime, Tabasco, and more—to elevate your experience. Whether you’re a longtime oyster lover or trying them for the first time, these hand-picked treasures from the deep are sure to impress.

And it gets even better. For every $3 oyster you savour, we’ll donate $1 to the local Liverpool Food Bank, making your indulgence a good deed, too. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the finer things in life while giving back to our community.
