At White Point, great food is only part of the experience. We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead our service team and help make every meal, gathering and guest interaction memorable. You’ll be the person who brings people, service and operations together while keeping an eye on guest satisfaction, team culture and the bottom line

What you’ll do

• Lead and inspire our Food & Beverage service team
• Oversee daily restaurant, event and beverage service
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
• Coach, mentor and support team members and leaders
• Help grow revenue while managing costs and budgets
• Respond to guest feedback and find ways to make things even better
• Keep our service standards high, our team connected and our operation running smoothly
• Bring fresh ideas and stay on top of food and beverage trends

What you bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable Food & Beverage leadership role, ideally in a hotel or resort
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• The ability to stay calm, organized and positive in a busy environment
• Experience with budgets, financials and food & beverage systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
