Check these out:
“Awwwwweeee!!! Loved your Workshop!!! So relaxing, and Wendy is a delight. It is obvious; this woman has a passion for what she does. Thank you for sharing that with others! Keep up the great work!!! I cannot wait to attend my next workshop. “ – Mia L, Dieppe, NB
“I recently signed up for a spring painting class with Wendy Batten of Front Porch Mercantile having zero clues as to what we’d be doing other than using MMS milk paint and doing some sort of bird house. Well… was I ever in for a surprise! Not only did we get to paint aforementioned bird house (which totally rocked!), we also painted an amazing flower pot as well – in our choice of colors. I love, love, LOVED this class and definitely will attend another one! She should just call them “Fun at the Front Porch” as the classes are fabulous, just like her product and herself.” – Marlene Oulton
“Your workshops are A+, so thankful I attended and will definitely attend more. I learned more than imaginable that night. And had a great time with the ladies.
Thanks!!!” – Lynn F – Moncton
“It took me a year to build up the courage to even THINK I could paint may own furniture or do some crafty things. I am not crafty. I am not creative. BUT, I was on Pinterest every day, and dreamed of taking my old furniture and making it look better. I found Wendy’s web site and was so surprised to see it was in New Brunswick. I drove down and hesitantly visited. I loved her enthusiasm and knowledge and signed up for a class. OH MY WORD. I cannot write well to explain how relieved I felt after the class. I loved it all. Learning lots of new things, laughing, and I left really confident. I had a wonderful time and I learned a new skill. I am now on my 8th project and I feel confident to try new things. If you can take a class you really should jump at the chance. I will be taking more fun classes for sure. (already signed up for a class in November) Thank you Wendy for giving me new confidence and skills.” – Suzanne L Fredericton NB
“I have recently been to the shop for the workshop, stenciling on fabrics. So much fun. I felt at home the minute I walked through your door, perhaps the hug had something to do with it? Either way it was informative and fun.
Following you on F/B has given this stay at home mom exciting projects and wonderful ideas. Never in a million years did I enjoy painting anything until now. My furniture has never looked better, and I feel accomplished and hopeful to explore more. I am looking forward to the Christmas workshop in November.”
