Chopra Centre Perfect Health Retreats

We are delighted to have a Chopra Centre resource at White Point which enables us to offer unique wellness experiences with our Chopra Centre Perfect Health Retreats. The program itself enables you to make positive changes in your lifestyle while learning to live joyfully through the Perfect Health Lifestyle Program from the Chopra Center, a program of daily wellness founded on the 5,000 year-old healing system of medicine known as Ayurveda with certified instructor, Karen Whynott. Our Therapists

Dorothea Kittel is certified in both Germany and Canada. She has over 30 years of experience in many areas of relaxation and therapeutic massage. She is also a licensed esthetician & Reiki Master practitioner. Her specific areas of practice include facials and a variety of body treatments, Swedish relaxation massage and other therapeutic massages such as MLD - Massage.

Karen Whynott has been a meditator since 1987, and has been drawn to and has studied many energy based therapies. She is a registered Acupressure Massage Therapist, a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and is certified in advanced techniques in Quantum-Touch®. Since the spring of 2007, she has been studying with Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr.David Simon at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in California. She is a certified Chopra Center Instructor and is excited about sharing the ancient principles of Ayurveda, which is the basis of the Perfect Health Lifestyle Program.
