Enjoy a relaxing, one-hour practice guided by certified yoga instructor,  Aurora. We’re thrilled to have Aurora with us to gently work out the kinks. Yoga is complimentary for White Point guests, and everyone is welcome with a Day Pass. ($20 + tax from the Front Desk) “Namaste” in advance.

Enjoy a relaxing one hour outdoor practice overlooking the crashing waves of the Atlantic. Yoga is free for all of our overnight guests. Sanitized mats are provided and all skill levels are welcome. Drop-ins not staying with us are welcome with a Guest Pass.

Join Aurora for a guided meditation & flow, focusing on all aspects of body, mind, intuition & self. We will embark on an inner journey bringing awareness to who we are in this moment & expand this journey into flowing movement that will help build strength, stability & movement, opening up the space to discover what you need right now. This is a time to play, to experience & to be wholly & completely you, listening to what you need on YOUR journey. <3

Join Aurora for a Yoga Nidra Shake & Meditate, creating space to awaken the body with movement & loving awareness before getting cozy in a beautiful guided yogic sleep. I will guide you through a conscious awareness meditation that will bring light to each & every part of this body, NOW. This meditation will help ease those anxious thoughts & allow you the space to settle into your parasympathetic system, calming the body, the mind & the heart so you can feel at peace & even more relaxed as you enjoy your beautiful vacation here at White Point. <3
