Enjoy a relaxing, one-hour practice guided by certified yoga instructor, Kim Nicholson. We’re thrilled to have Kim with us to gently work out the kinks. Kim’s Gentle Flow yoga is complimentary for White Point guests, and everyone is welcome with a Day Pass. ($20 + tax from the Front Desk) “Namaste” in advance.
Kim’s schedule for January will be Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10am.
White Point Yoga
Enjoy a relaxing one hour outdoor practice overlooking the crashing waves of the Atlantic. Yoga is free for all of our overnight guests. Sanitized mats are provided and all skill levels are welcome. Drop-ins not staying with us are welcome with a $10 + tax Guest Pass.
Flow to Yin: An inclusive class blending both Yin and Slower Flow styles of yoga allowing you to explore your practice on a deeper more meaningful level. By combining yang yoga, necessary for building strength, with yin for flexibility you can experience all the benefits of both styles to advance and deepen your practice. In this class you will find the perfect balance between strengthening your body and calming your mind.
