Meditation at White Point

Relax and meditate by the ocean every Saturday morning at 9am.

Schedule:

Restarting in the Fall.
Saturdays: From 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM

This Fall, join us for a weekly guided meditation session to help you achieve inner peace and mental silence.

Rohit and friends will guide you through a meditation using the unique technique of Sahaja Yoga which allows you to connect with your inner energy and true self. Through the meditation, one is able to bring themselves to a relaxed and peaceful state. You will learn more about your own subtle system, how to go deeper in your meditations and how to incorporate meditation techniques in your daily life.

Free for all guests.  If you’re a local, or visiting the area, and would like to take part in the meditation, you may purchase a day pass at the Front Desk. Day passes, available daily for $10 plus tax, allow you the opportunity to enjoy our facilities and available programs.
