White Point’s Popular Oatcakes
We’re proud to prepare and serve savoury Taste of Nova Scotia features – from Lobster Rolls to libations, and in our desserts. Enjoyed as a companion to our Creme Brulee or on their own, White Point’s Oatcakes are popular year round.
In November 2019, inspired by our first Cranberry Festival, we infused cranberries offering up a twist on the traditional recipe. Served here at the beach in November AND introduced to guests at Saltscapes Harvest greets the Holidays Expo, the resulting feedback was …. “OMG, these are so good.. So chewy and love the cranberries in there, can I please have that recipe?!”
As champions of comfort food, we’re delivered to share with you another recipe from our kitchen so you can make it in yours.
We hope you’ll have great success with our recipe, and as always if you need any assistance, just email Chef and we’ll walk you though it!
