"Chef's Table Dinners" with Master Chef Alan Crosby

If you enjoy good food, meeting new people and have a spirit of adventure and a culinary "joie de vivre" this evening is for you!
The concept is pretty simple, we'll be setting a table for 14, there will be no menus, just four to five courses that excite Master Chef Alan Crosby that week. That's where the spirit of adventure, on my part and yours, comes into play. Sommelier Dan Tanner will pair two or three wines with dinner and we'll kick-off the weekend together on a culinary journey. May 2 - 4: Nature Weekend
Spring has sprung! Spend a little quality time this weekend with good'ol Mother Nature and head out on our trails with Naturalist and Birder Gary Hartlen. He'll introduce you to some of White Point's "natural assets"! There'll also be live entertainment in the Founder's Lounge, children's programs and FREE golf! That's right, weather permitting (and subject to availability), bring your clubs this weekend as overnight guests of White Point receive complimentary golf at White Point Golf Club.

May 9 -11: "Organic" Culinary Weekend

This Mother's Day Weekend escape for an "organic" experience! Join Chef Alan Crosby for his "Chef's Magic" to learn a few organic cooking tips then indulge in Sommelier Dan Tanner's "Off the Vine" tasting session as he introduces you to a variety of organic wines and what that really means! We've got live evening entertainment on the weekends and children's programs too. Don't forget, when you stay with us, you can golf for free at White Point Golf Club. Chef Alan is saving you a seat at "Chef's Table Dinners" on Friday night, let him know you'll be joining him!

May 16 - 19: Victoria Day Weekend!

You know summer is just around the corner when we celebrate Victoria Day Weekend and our Boathouse opens! When you join us this weekend you'll find yourself Nordic Walking, Skipping, singing at our Karaoke Dance Party, flying the kite you made and some of ours! Then you'll paddling around on the lake, roasting marshmallows and "dream boats" at the nightly bonfires. There's live entertainment and so much more, including FREE golf at White Point Golf Club with your overnight stay if you are so inclined! Get your gang together and head to the beach this weekend, we've got terrific 2 and 3 night specials for this weekend.

May 23 - 25: Photography Weekend

You got the new camera for Christmas and have played with it a bit but now it's time to get a little more serious about it just in time for summer vacation - we've got the perfect weekend for you! Bring your camera (new and used) and join photographer Linda Ross for an interactive lesson in how to use your camera to get the best results. Weather permitting, you'll be heading out on a field trip here at White Point to take some shots and tweak your skills.
