The Boathouse is Open for the Summer!

Take a trip out on our freshwater lake with our canoes or paddle boats or play a game of tennis, basketball or shuffleboard (complimentary with your stay) or rent a bike or kayak. There's also surfing equipment and lessons (if you need them!). Soon we'll be swimming in there too!

Surf Lessons at White Point in June

The Rossignol Surf Shop, located in the Boathouse at White Point is OPEN daily from 10 am til 5:30 pm until Aug. 31st.  Surf lessons are daily 10 am till noon and 2 pm til 4pm dependent upon surf conditions.  Participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior for paperwork and suit selection.  Pre-registration through the shop (354-7100) is necessary.  Though we advise  registering several days in advance to ensure space, often one can book in the morning for the afternoon session.  All equipment required for lessons are provided. Instructors are certified surf instructors (CPR, lifesaving, first aid) with 2 instructors being members of the Canadian Junior Surf Team and the  head instructor has over 20 years surfing experience.
Class size 4:1 student/teacher ratio. Participants must be 12 years and older.
Lessons are $55 plus HST.

We have maps available from the Front Desk onsite and if you like and to make it even more interesting, let us pack you a yummy picnic basket to take along so you can sit back and really enjoy your journey.
