Hunting & Fishing
Hunting and fishing has long been a part of the heritage and culture of our community. In fact, White Point was originally built as a hunting and fishing lodge in 1928 by Philip Hooper Moore. And before our time, the Mi’kmaq ancestors of our Acadia First Nation thrived in part because of the richness of this land. Through the years we have evolved into a year-round resort, and thank to our partners like local licenced guides Brad Crouse, Vinal Smith and Carroll Randall we still invite guests to try their hand at fishing.
