We’ll warn you, the Atlantic Ocean isn’t the warmest body of water on the planet! With temperatures ranging from 5 degrees in May and reaching as high as 17-20 degrees in August/September as the currents come up the coast along the eastern seaboard of North America, it really is part of the thrill and excitement … and bragging rights! And we haven’t mentioned the sport of getting into and out of the wetsuit!
Come spend a couple of nights at White Point, Nova Scotia – Canada’s Ocean Playground! Surrounded by the sea salty air and sound of the endless crashing surf along our shoreline will have the inspired and ready to ‘Hang 10’ – or at least try to! Here inside the UNESCO Southwest Nova Biosphere Reserve surfing is one of the most unique and powerful ways to experience the ocean.
We’ll ensure you are well fed and rested, and when you are ready, we’ll arm you with a surfboard and wetsuit for a 1/2 day and send you off the to the beach, to give surfing a try!
What might it be like … here’s a couple of videos from surfers here Cazy Canuks and Winter Surfing !
