Our Meeting and Conference Planner
Alana Hirtle is an experienced meeting and conference planner who would be pleased to assist you in developing a meeting package tailored to your group's particular needs. Alana has earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation making White Point the first resort in Atlantic Canada to have a Certified Meeting Professional. She is one of only four meeting and conference planners in Atlantic Canada to hold this designation. This CMP designation assures you that your meeting will be handled with the highest standards of professionalism. The White Point logo on your conference contract assures you that your meeting will be full of the special touches that aid in making it a successful and memorable event.

Of course, we also do terrific nutrition breaks and delicious buffet meals with lots of great choices. All of it served on time as you need it to keep your event flowing smoothly. Our chef is happy to meet any special dietary requirements, just let us know ahead of time.

We're also able to provide private bar service for your group in any of our licensed locations on the property. And no matter where you are being served, you'll get a warm greeting and great service from our food and beverage staff.
