A smile can go a long way…
The White Point team is comprised of an amazing group of people.
They are friendly and courteous and they do their jobs well but
you will also find that many of them go above and beyond the call
of duty to make this place a wonderful place to stay – and
also a wonderful place to work.
During your stay at White Point, you will notice a couple of
ballot stations around the Main Lodge. If someone has really gone
out of their way to make your day, this is a great way to recognize
them. We encourage both our guests and our staff to submit a ballot
for the person they think is most deserving of this award. Each
month, the Staff & Community Relations Committee of the Resort
gets together to discuss the nominees and vote on a winner.
The winner gets a whole slew of prizes but more importantly,
they get the recognition they deserve for a job well done. And
that’s something that makes everyone smile. (Especially when
they all see the photo of the recipient sporting a pair of bunny
ears…)
