White Point was awsome!

Hello my name is Emily and every year we go to white point for a weekend in April or March. This year our parents decided that they would try something new .. Us kids really disagreed with the idea, but we went any way. When we got there we were happy with the room, but not the entertainment. For every thing you had to be over 16 or accompanied by an adult. You weren't allowed to swim unless you were with a parent or go to the fitness room or go in the hot tub or sauna or the spa! And there was no games room! I am only 13 but I still did all that stuff but I was worried the whole time that somebody was going to come in and ask how old I was. We were so bored that we had to work out for fun and it wasn't even fun! The whole time we were there we were talking about all the memories at white point and all the stuff to do there. We miss the bunnies, the games room (which I had been saving up quarters for) the pool, the trails, every thing; especially the food. At white point there was a huge buffet for breakfast that i would always look forward to in the morning with fruit salad and awesome omelets and the best bacon and eggs ever. For lunch and supper there were delicious rolls and meats and potatoes and for dessert there would be triple triple chocolate cakes and strawberries and all they had was gourmet CRAP!!! I love the white point food it is my favourite restaurant. Well us kids and the parent didn't like it half as much as White Point. We decided to go to White Point next year and we are looking forward to it.

Welcome to the new and improved Great Day Club! Just wanted to drop in and let you know about something interesting that happened here at the resort the other day. Chef Alan received an email from a woman in Utah! She was on the WP website and was trying out the recipe of the month and wanted to know when to add the thyme spice to the dish when cooking it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Our two girls age 9 & 4 my husband and I all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The resort is beautiful, where else can you see both the ocean and a lake at the same time! The bunnies were wonderful, the place has a down to earth magic about it that the commercial resorts will never be able to duplicate. We hope to return.

Great family destination - love the family activities and kid's crafts. The staff was exceptionally attentive. I love this place!

All the staff from the front desk to the roomkeepers were so friendly and helpful. Everyone we met had a smile and a hello for us. It was great. Thanks for providing us with the most restful, relaxing and wonderful weekend we ever had. We will go back home replenished!

We spent our honeymoon at White Point in mid-october of 2000. It is a beautiful place and want to return at some future time. The scenery is beautiful! The staff were both friendly and quite courteous.

My fiance and I are getting married at Whitepoint on July 12, 2003. Our family and friends are all looking forward to spending the whole weekend together in the gorgeous, rustic surroundings. It is such a relief to have Alana (Conference Services)helping me with all the details. She has been so reliable, knowledgable and helpful in every aspect of the wedding planning. We are looking forward to the big day! I am sure we will be back for many anniversaries in the future!

What a wonderful vacation my children and I had in Nova Scotia this past July/August 2002. The final few days were spent at White Point Beach Resort and even though the skies were grey and the weather drizzly, we had a great time! We hope to be able to come back in 2003!
