Mission Statement

The mission of White Point Beach Resort is to provide an exceptional hospitality experience, in spectacular surroundings, by delivering quality service in an atmosphere of comfort, openness and friendship. The company shall adhere to the principles of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

ISO Certification

White Point Beach Resort has successfully achieved ISO 9001: 2000 certification of its resort, including accommodations, food and beverage, meeting services and recreation.

White Point Beach Resort is proud to now be one of only four hotels in Canada to have received ISO 9001: 2000 certification.

ISO 9000 is an internationally recognized quality management program and is widely accepted as the benchmark of an organization's commitment to ensuring consistent, on-going quality in its products and services and continual improvement. Registration is a demanding and comprehensive process which culminates in third-party assurance that certified organizations provide customers with consistently high quality services.

This registration, carried out by SGS International Certification Services Canada Inc. for White Point Beach Resort, represents our commitment to the world’s highest standards of quality management -- a commitment we make on behalf of our guests, customers and suppliers.
